The Mission of PULSE is to work together as a team to foster the education purposes of students in academics, performing arts, athletics, and/or creative arts.  PULSE is dedicated to providing both financial and psychological support to students.  As a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, PULSE's main existence is to raise funds to offset the cost of academics, performing arts, athletics and/or creative arts.
